Navigating grief is difficult – we aren’t taught how to live in this new normal without our person. And even if the loss we’re dealing with is something other than a loved one, often what we ARE taught—by word or example—is to just “suck it up” and get on with it.
These books aren’t how-tos—only you know what your grief process should look like. They are, however, guideposts. Signs that you are not alone and that what you’re feeling and going through are NORMAL and OKAY.
