Sometimes, it feels like no one understands what you are going through. And while grief is intensely personal, it is also something we will all experience at some point. My dad passed away three years ago and my friends and family were often unsure how to offer the support I needed. So I am intimately acquainted with the grief process and can help you navigate this first year, whether you’ve lost a loved one or know someone who did and want to know the best way to support them.
